Who needs a Singapore entry visa?#

ICA’s India page states that holders of travel documents issued by India need a visa to enter Singapore, with an exception for diplomatic, official and service passports. This guide concerns ordinary Indian passport holders visiting for business or social purposes.

A visa does not guarantee entry or establish the permitted stay. Immigration officers decide admission; check the conditions of your issued permission.

Documents ICA lists#

ICA may request additional supporting documents and official translations where documents are not in English.

• Completed Form 14A, signed by the applicant.
• Recent passport-sized colour photograph taken within the last three months and meeting ICA photo guidelines.
• Passport biodata-page photocopy; passport valid for at least six months from entry into Singapore.

How an application is submitted#

ICA lists online submission through a strategic partner or local contact in Singapore, and submission at a Singapore Overseas Mission or through its authorised visa agent. Check the chosen mission’s procedure. No agency authorisation is inferred for B2B Holidays in this guide.

ICA advises applying within 30 days before arrival. Share your dates early enough to check the submission route and supporting documents.

Official fees and processing information#

ICA lists a non-refundable S$30 processing fee. This is a government processing fee, not an all-inclusive agency quote; any separately charged service fees must be explained.

ICA says processing is within three working days, excluding the day of submission, but some applications take longer and every application is considered on its own merits. Do not treat this as a guaranteed delivery date.

The SG Arrival Card is separate and free#

ICA requires the SG Arrival Card within three days including the arrival day for travellers seeking immigration clearance, subject to its listed exceptions. Airside transit without immigration clearance is one exception.

The SG Arrival Card is not a visa. Submission through ICA is free, and ICA does not endorse commercial services charging to submit it. Use the official ICA service or MyICA app.
